Refund and Returns Policy

Because our merchandise is produced through a print-on-demand fulfillment method, every item is custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. To keep our club’s costs manageable and prevent inventory waste, we have established the following return and refund guidelines.

All Sales Are Final
We do not hold physical inventory. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse” or for ordering the incorrect size or color. We highly encourage all members to carefully review the sizing charts linked on each product page before completing a purchase to ensure the best fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our club merchandise. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or features a clear printing error, we will gladly make it right.

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

  1. The 14-Day Window: You must contact us within 14 days of the product being delivered to your address. Claims submitted outside of this 14-day window cannot be honored.
  2. Provide Photographic Proof: You do not need to physically mail the defective item back to us. We do not accept physical returns. Instead, please email our support team at officers@arizonaoutdoorsclub.com with a clear, well-lit photograph showing the specific damage or printing error, along with your original order number.
  3. Choose Your Resolution: Once we receive your email and verify the defect with our printing partner, you may choose your preferred resolution. Let us know in your email if you would prefer:
    • A Full Refund credited back to your original payment method.
    • A Free Replacement of the exact same item and size shipped to you at no additional cost.

Lost in Transit If your package is lost in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue and issue a replacement or refund.
